Refund policy
All our products are handcrafted with immense love and precision. Our products are 100% true to their pictures and description. Therefore we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON LIKE/DISLIKE BASIS.
At Mojabella, we value our customers and always strive to provide the best products for them. We’re glad that our customers share our love and passion for hand crafted juttis, accessories and bags! Please also understand that unlike chemical dyed and digital printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but In fact made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.
We make sure that our products are packaged and shipped safely to your doorsteps. Despite our efforts, if a customer receives a damaged product or a wrong size, we offer exchanges unto 14 days from the date of purchase.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will bear the shipping charges of sending the fresh product to you. Please ensure the return shipment is made within 48 hrs of raising the return/exchange request.
In the event where the customer intentionally refuses to accept a prepaid parcel on delivery, no refund will be provided whatsoever.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please reach out to us at the earliest. Once shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, post which no further requests shall be entertained.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges In the event of an exchange the fresh product will be shipped to you once we receive the damaged product. The product to be exchanged/returned shall be shipped by the customer and the shipping charges for the same shall be borne by them.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
