Shipping policy
• We take full responsibility of the product till it reaches you.
• We take around 3 working days from the date of placing the order to ship the items.
• Shipping time and Delivery takes up to 15 days and might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. In such cases, we shall be reaching out to you through SMS or email.
• During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

• Please note that we only ship through reputed courier partners like Delhivery/DTDC/BluDart/ Speed Post/India post/Dhl.
• Please ensure that the shipping and contact details entered by you while ordering are correct. In case you happen to enter incorrect shipping or contact details while ordering or wish to make changes to your shipping address, please reach out to us at support@mojabella.no at the earliest.
• We shall try our best to accommodate your request provided the parcel is unshipped. However, once the parcel is shipped, no further changes can be made.
• The shipping charges and custom duties if any, are to be borne entirely by the customer based on the laws of the land.
• If the parcel is damaged/unsealed/opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the same and notify us within 24 hrs through email. In this event where the customer intentionally refuses to accept a prepaid parcel on delivery, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges, RTO charges and processing fees. The bill receipt for each will be mailed to the customer.
